SUPPORT LOOKS DIFFERENTLY IN OUR EYES DAILY
Each time a person calls for help; we open our eyes to a new or different experience. Each person comes with a different story or different reason why our organization is important to them.
As a self identified masculine of center lesbian organization; GWQA finds it important to help not one, not some, but all who struggles with basic to advance movements
toward her career goals or personal life. Through our mentor program we open windows and doors to become a strong, healthy, competitive , vibrant woman regardless of our sexual orientation.
GWQ,A gives hope, strength, and guidance to women who believe there is something different in their forecast of life and will one day realize there accomplishments are made just for them.
When volunteering for great causes, it is our way of saying thank you for allowing us to be a part of an open, all inclusive, sustainable cause.
It is the vision of GWQ,A to make a difference not in one community, but in many communities all over the world. Our way of doing that is helping women with a commonality that we live with daily. We believes by working in different communities for good
causes we can peel the onion back experience by experience.
The face of being judged because we are different will be accepted because through dedication and hard work we will be judged through the lens of fairness when we are prepared for a job interview via a cover letter, resume, and through interview confidence.
That gives us the awareness that our support is appreciated and is working not for one but for many.
